One-Time Share Custom Notes

Ennote allows you to share temporary notes securely with others using one-time share links, even without saving them as secrets. This is useful for quickly sharing sensitive information that doesn't need to be stored long-term.

Security Considerations

  • Temporary Access:The shared note is not saved as a secret in Ennote, and access is only granted for a limited time

  • Expiration:The link expires automatically after the chosen duration.

  • Single Use:The link can only be used once.

Use Cases

  • Sharing Temporary Credentials:Quickly share temporary access credentials or passwords without storing them permanently.

  • Sharing Code Snippets:Share code snippets or configuration details with colleagues or collaborators.

  • Sharing Sensitive Information:Share sensitive information that doesn't need to be stored long-term.

By using one-time share links, you can securely share your secrets while maintaining control over access and minimizing the risk of unauthorized use.
